"Normally I don’t leave reviews, but I couldn’t go without saying something about this place! They are absolutely phenomenal. After my car accident, I had no idea what to do. They were extremely helpful, detailed, and caring. Mrs. Lisa continually checked on me - even calling my mom to check with her as well. And Mr. Michael is hilarious! They’re a wonderful team. And you can tell both of them care not only about doing their job well, but about the people they’re taking care of. The situation was handled as smoothly as possible, and I was never wondering what was going on. I would recommend them to anyone, and hopefully - they’ll be a lifelong company for me. Thank ya’ll again!"

"Micheal has been my agent for a few years for my renters and car insurance. I live in Jackson and won't use anyone else for my insurance policies. He helps you to pick the right policy for your needs and has gone above and beyond with his customer service. I would highly recommend State Farm in Paris. Darrin has a great staff and can help you with anything you need!!! I highly recommend the staff!!!!"

"Took over from our retired agent who was great. This guy, not so much, never follows through with request, passes off to subordinates. State Farm used to be great service and quality insurance, customer service is subpar now, had an issue with my roof, gave me the run around and ultimately gave us little for the damage. Will be switching insurance company soon."
